The Best Images of 2016: Haystack Falls Glacier National Park Montana

O.K., I’ll admit it… I’m addicted to photographing water in motion. This waterfall scene I could not resist when we encountered it in Glacier National Park this past Summer. The sky was overcast, the light was gentle and sound of the water was soothing as it cascaded down this mountainside. Juxtaposing silky water next to immovable rocks is a contrast I find interesting.

The given name of this feature is Haystack Falls and it’s one of my faves from 2016.
